The Fund is designed for High-net-worth individuals, family offices, foundation and institutional investors with a strategy to invest in retail, office and industrial/logistics properties in Norway.
The Fund will preferably invest in properties located in Oslo, Bergen and Trondheim. The properties must have good location in their local market and be in good technical condition. The fund will be moderately leveraged with a loan to value ratio of 0-40 %.
The Fund aims to deliver an annual return of 6 - 8% per annum. There can be no guarantee that target returns will be achieved.
The value of investments and the income from them can go down as well as up and an investor may get back less than the amount invested.
